Sub-Processor Location Description
Google USA Patent Bots hosts parts of its infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform. Names, email addresses, and passwords are stored there. Patent Bots uses a variety of other Google products, such as Google Workspace.
Amazon Web Services (AWS) USA Patent Bots uses AWS services for hosting, large language model services, and email delivery. Patent Bots does not store personal information on AWS other than logging relating to sending emails.
Cloudflare USA Patent Bots uses Cloudflare for security and protection against cyber threats. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and network request data for these purposes, but Patent Bots does not store personal data on Cloudflare servers.
Stripe USA Patent Bots uses Stripe for subscription management and payment processing. Names, email addresses, business addresses, and payment information are stored there.
Hubspot USA Patent Bots uses Hubspot for customer support and for sales and marketing efforts. Customer contact information is stored there.
Posthog USA Patent Bots uses Posthog for product activity logging. Logs include email addresses and IP addresses.
Zoom USA Patent Bots uses Zoom for video conferencing and webinars.
Calendly USA Patent Bots uses Calendly for scheduling meetings.
Anthropic USA Patent Bots uses Anthropic's large language models to process and analyze business data, including document content and communications.
